“You do so much for us, you faithfully care for us and keep us safe. You often surprise us with surprise gifts!  What a pretty little box filled with all kinds of useful gifts! Thank you for making our home here at Fountain Court so enjoyable. We are blessed to be here and appreciate each one of you!”

Blessings from Lee Houck

“Dear Diane and staff, you are all doing a great job at Fountain Court. The medical staff, cleaners, all aides, and the whole kitchen staff. Great food!  We all should be thankful we are here and being taken care of and safe. Thanks to you all!”

Wanda N.

“Good place you have here. I don’t like to clean, so it’s nice that you do! I don’t like to cook either, so I enjoy the meals here. Thank you for all your help moving my wife Helen and I here…So much better”

John. Resident

“This was my first time ever visiting a senior living community. I was so impressed! I want to thank you for everyone for doing your jobs so well.”

Joanne H.

“Thank you for taking the time to forge such a wonderful connection with my dad. That trust made such a difference in trying to help him through his medically tough times.”

Harry’s “Kids”

“You have assembled a truly remarkable staff. I have not had one problem that wasn’t solved immediately. Keep up the great work!”

Nancy G.

“I can’t say enough what a joy it is to hear from my parents how much they enjoy living here. Dad told me the food was better “here” than it was back in their old home. After leaving their home of 41 years they have settled in and found a new, easier life.”

D. Oliver, Child of Resident

“The activities you plan that allowed my mom to still feel useful and involved are wonderful. No she realizes she can be an active involved member of the community. Thank you for your creativity, compassion and friendship to mom and all the residents. You are amazing at what you do.”

Ann W.

“Your team put my mother at ease and made her feel welcome, but most of all, my mother felt valued as a person. She understood that her opinion still counted. In our short impromptu visit, you made time for an unscheduled tour and changed a person’s life.”

A Grateful Daughter

“After my husband’s passing my friends here. and all the staff, have helped me to come out of my shell, to teach me all the games like Pokeno and Poker that I never played before. I go to exercises every day, I stay busy and I am happy I live here.”

Verna. Resident

“Whenever we walked in the caregivers were always cheerful and welcomed us. The help they gave Dad cannot be measured. You & your staff paid extra attention, took care to be sure Dad was in the best possible situation.  No matter what care he needed, it was done with respect and kindness. You & your staff have much to be proud of. Thank you for taking care of Dad.
Please extend our appreciation to your staff. Many become more than caregivers, they became Dad’s friends”

What We Have Done…Where We Are

As we travel through this unprecedented time, we continue to take extraordinary measures to keep our residents, staff, and families safe. As we move forward, we will continue to work with local and state officials, in coordination with the CDC, to stay informed. We are providing peace of mind, fine living options and the best alternative to being alone.

Without a doubt, the health and safety of our residents is always our top priority. To be certain we are on track to provide excellent service, good health and peace of mind, we have been in constant communication with our residents, their family members and our professional colleagues.

One of the great things about our senior living communities is our spirit of togetherness. Yes, we are following the social distancing recommendations, and basic quarantine procedures, but because of the successful work we have done these past months, we are now offering safe, in-person tours of our community. We are open and admitting new residents. We are creating activities for our residents to keep them engaged and enjoying their days. We will strive to prevent loneliness and isolation at every turn. We are fostering a true spirit of friendship and togetherness. At a time when many seniors are isolated at home, we have each other!

We would also like to offer the sincerest appreciation for our incredible staff for everything they’re doing to keep our residents safe and healthy. We can never thank our frontline team enough, especially in times like this.

We know now that this can be a safe time to move. All new residents will be required to have a negative COVID-19 test OR will be able to self-quarantine for 14 days upon move in. We have strict protocols for the moving process. We have vetted moving companies to assure a safe move-in process. Our infection control measures remain firmly in place. There are healthy guidelines to follow for new residents to keep them and others protected. We have a special quarantine activity program to help the days pass quickly and assure they settle in successfully.

If you need assistance, we will help you stay connected to your loved one through phone calls, and other video mediums, so you can keep your distance, but stay in touch. We are sending cards and letters and speaking by telephone as much as possible. We have each other to lean on during this time. We are apart but not alone.

Please call us to learn more. We are here for you.

    BE WELL!!!
